I started with fitchef because I wanted to change my physique, however, in the past I was very aware that when I get bored of my foods (which is always due to my lack of cooking skills) or I don’t have food accessible at all times I just end up falling off track, therefore, I wanted to prevent this from happening and felt fitchef would do just that.

 fitchef to me felt like a reputable company but also their meals looked delicious, which was important for me to prevent the boredom I so regularly get with food when trying to ‘diet’. It wasn’t just the same old rice, overcooked veg. and chicken in a plastic container.

 I’d never used a meal prep company and wasn’t sure whether it would work for me, I’m a personal trainer and I see company’s about all the time, but I’ve never been overly interested in them due to the lack of variety on their menus. 

After using the meals for 12+ weeks I can honestly say I’m over the moon I decided to go for it. There’s so much variety and it really does look and taste like it has been cooked in front of you there and then. 

fitchef left me feeling full, healthy (the foods are super nutritious), enjoying my foods, whilst also providing the convenience I need in my life due to a busy work load. 

I managed to lose 7.5 kg in 12 weeks (0.5kg over my goal) and 

I’m over the moon, it’s definitely worth the investment and you WON’T get bored.
