Why choose Fit Chef?

We make sure every meal tastes great so enjoy your food. We only use quality ingredients to ensure a quality end meal for our customers. We combine our background as classically trained chefs and personal trainers to provide delicious food to support your health and fitness goals.

Do you use any preservatives?
There are some preservatives in the products we use but they are small amounts. Each meal has a full list of ingredients.
Where do Fit Chef deliver?

Fit Chef delivers Nationwide to your Home, Office or address of your choosing.

Is there a delivery charge?

Yes there is a delivery charge for 'Create your Own' but not for our 'Subscription Packages'.

How often does the menu change?

Usually every 2-3 months, we try to make changes with the seasons.

How are my meals kept cold during delivery?

We use UK Mail to deliver your package. We pack your meals into a temperature controlled box with ice packs to keep your meals chilled until they are delivered.

What is the shelf life of the meals?

Our meals have been through microbiology testing and so we have a accredited shelf life of uptown 9 Days. We don't use the full 9 days because we like our customers to have the food as fresh as possible.

How do I heat my meals?

All our meals come with Heating guidelines on. All are suitable for the microwave but some are best cooked in the oven.

Are there any allergens in the meals?

You will find a full list of allergens on each individual meal page. We are able to cater for a variety of dietary requirements. Please get in touch by emailing
